SHIPPING POLICY
Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 4-5 business days. Most hand painted or personalized items will arrive within 6-7 business days. Some items, shipped from other locations other than our warehouse, may take longer. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery schedules.
Want it in a hurry? Next Day and 2-Day Express Delivery options are available for an extra charge, subject to availability. Orders placed before 2:00pm will ship out same day, depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact costumer support.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Pixie Dust Spa locations
pixiedustkidsspa.com will gladly exchange, or offer store credit on purchases made directly from pixiedustkidsspa.com if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.
Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via UPS or USPS (to the address below) using the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip. Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing.

Preparing your return:

Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.

To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip. Keep the return label for use on the outside of the package.

Pack and tape your package securely.

Affix the return shipping label to the package.

For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post.
